For Fleet Service Providers:

  • Conduct primary research for input into new product/service offerings
  • Assist in identifying key fleet customer groups for new service offerings, for piloting new service offerings/approach
  • Create brand awareness promotional programs to increase top of the mind awareness
  • Monitoring of proposed and/or new (national and international) regulatory changes
  • Design driver contact services
  • Evaluate impact of emerging and changing technologies on fleet lifecycle costs

For Fleet Users:

  • Conduct domestic and international car policy review and assessment of potential cost savings for possible changes in car policy
  • Negotiate service level agreements (SLA) with selected fleet service providers
  • Prepare RFP (Requests for Proposal)
  • Conduct price benchmark studies to identify if client's car benefits are competitive with industry competitors: for one or more service elements to overall lifecycle costs
  • Assist in sourcing Project Vehicles in emerging markets, with or without lease financing or maintenance
  • Conduct security reviews to ensure
    • adequate theft recovery
    • driver's properly advised and provided for
  • Evaluate and advise level of outsourcing that is cost-effective
  • Conduct compliance reviews to meet regulatory requirements
  • Develop strategies and timetable for outsourcing maintenance management
  • Negotiate a fleet management agreement
  • Evaluate buy vs. rental options for replacement and lead-in vehicle(s)
  • Assess and recommend improvements in insurance cover(s) for a multinational fleet
  • Evaluates remarketing strategies

OEMs:

  • HALL Group assists North American vehicle manufacturers Tier 1´s in establishing a presence in emerging and difficult markets
  • Can provide overseas leasing facilities- leasing for export sales
  • Can arrange after sales solutions in difficult markets by tapping existing local networks, or creating new ones; and providing remarketing programs that fit local conditions
  • Knowledgeable about upfit sites and service, including armoring
  • Conducts market research to identify potential local sales and service partners
  • Conducts customer research to identify driver vehicle use and practices
  • Completes assessment of business processes related to management of internal fleet(s)
  • Supports government sales by assisting in identifying new solicitations and accessing custom production partners
