Our Team
William C. Pine, Jr.
Mr. Pine has nearly 30 years of experience in automotive, industrial, military, energy-focused technology development and entrepreneurial ventures. He has worked for the largest and smallest companies, private and governmental entities, manufacturers/ software providers and service providers. Mr. Pine has experience with technical product development, related sales/service/ marketing and manufacturing. He has held positions as president of several small companies, CFO, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief of Staff, and Head of Business Development. Sensitivity to cross-cultural considerations and a broad understanding of the automotive industry in particular has led to a number of international / transplant client relationships with both Asian and European companies.
He has spent much of his career in new business development and on major business transformation. He was one of the first employees of the SATURN Corporation, has worked on electric vehicle programs on three different occasions, has worked on several fuel cell projects and a sterling engine program, and helped transform the European operations of one of the world´s largest automotive financing companies.

Arthur E. Hall
Arthur Hall has more than twenty five years of domestic and international experience in the automobile industry as a Board director, senior executive and consultant. Mr. Hall has expertise in auto finance and lease, strategic development, growth, restructuring, business process reengineering, acquisitions, finance, strategic partnering and joint ventures/integration. As Managing Director and while based in the Netherlands, Mr. Hall established a global contracting sales & marketing approach and organization focused on the largest private global fleets, for the undisputed global leader in fleet management, LeasePlan. Upon repatriating to the US, Mr. Hall directed the launch of an on-site municipal fleet maintenance and services division.
Mr. Hall has also served as COO of Edgeguard International, Senior Vice President and CFO of QEK Global Solutions, both Tier I auto suppliers. Previously, he has served as a President and CEO- Americas, for Bukkehave providing vehicles, financing and services to Humanitarian Aid and Relief Organizations; was Director- Global Strategy for General Motors Acceptance Corporation; and led International Business Development for GE Capital´s Automotive Financial Services.
Mr. Hall holds two degrees: MS in Management from the Krannert School of Management and a BA in Economics from Albion College.
